Our Four Values 4
We respect our differences and appreciate them for the perspectives they bring to our team.
We have a culture of trust and openness. We are committed to always keeping the dialogue open with each other, our customers, our partners and our communities.
We believe in continuous learning, in all forms. We seek out new ways to solve problems and actively look for challenges that build our strengths.
in all things, at all times.
What can you expect from us?
You can expect that we will put your best interests at the center of how we work with you. This means we will have open, challenging, trust-based conversations with you – that sometimes might be uncomfortable. We will match your accountability with our own.
We’re here to help you build your organization’s resilience further. Whether this means technology solutions based on Data, AI, DevOps or raising the knowledge of your workforce, our goal is to leave you fully prepared to take your next step. We’re a partner and a collaborator, not a replacement or prescriber.
If you want to innovate, you need to have a culture where trust, creativity, risk taking and reflection are central. Sometimes you need a little help showcasing those values as you bring change to an organization. Based on our own experiences with organizations, the building of culture has a very deliberate focus for us. Culture is organic and needs attention to grow. We can help you get to the culture you would like to have, which then prepares you for the technology transformations and innovations that you want to implement.
We believe in life long learning, continuous development. We want to encourage you to do so as well. We work in inclusive, complementary teams where big thinking and goal setting is highly encouraged.
We favor doing over sitting. Ready to make a change? Get in touch with us!
Why 'The Do Good Only Company'?
To understand why we are called The Do Good Only Company, you’ll need to know a bit about my primary source of inspiration.
My mother spent her whole life challenging the status quo. She was always looking for a new way to do something, from thinking up inventions to advocating for those who did not have a voice. During her lifetime, she set an example for her four children and numerous others about what it meant to be persistent, resilient, compassionate, funny, pragmatic and challenging all at once.
Near the end of her life, she woke up one morning from a dream about returning to the Netherlands, via ship into the Rotterdam harbor. This was a journey she had made as child after the war. She was wide awake and told me that I need to listen to her. In her dream, she had discovered what the answer was to all the questions in the world! I was in a pre-coffee state and said “Sure, Mom, what’s the answer?”
She said, very clearly, “The answer to all questions is to Do Good Only. If you answer every question that way, all the problems in the world can be solved. “
I believe that. If you use that principle to examine every action, every idea and every decision that we are faced with, the possibilities for impact are endless. So, when it came time to name this cooperative of incredibly interesting, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals, there was really only one choice. To choose a name that would always provide us with a starting point and remind us that talking is not enough, we must also DO.
